App Concept

Rather than being a communication hub, a collaborative workspace, a scrum or kanban board, or a competitive platform for recruiting freelancers, Lance’s primary purpose focuses on bettering the freelancer through their level of productivity and through the quality of the relations and interactions between an independent freelancer and their client(s) from the moment a working relationship begins. Both clients and freelancers, especially in the design industry, are well aware of the difficulties in maintaining healthy working relationships, especially in digital settings. Our team recognizes that this relationship can be better facilitated through an app with features that will help to complement ongoing interactions, communications, and even power dynamics between the freelancer and the client.
